With its new-and-improved Disability Access Service (DAS) Card, Disney is making it easier than ever for families with disabled children to enjoy all the thrills and adventure its parks have to offer. DisneyParks has streamlined its approach to helping special needs families in order to better accommodate them as they explore the park, meet the characters, and enjoy the attractions. The new DAS is available for any guest whose disability inhibits them from waiting in lines due to difficulty with anxiety in crowds, sensory issues, or problems standing for long periods of time, and applies to the entire family. After obtaining a card at Guest Services, families have the ability to enter attractions through a separate entrance, receive customized ride times to prevent waits, and interact with Mickey and all the Disney characters with ease.
