27-year-old Hallie Coffey achieved a milestone, years in the making, by completing the annual Anthem 5K in Louisville, Kentucky. Hallie, who has cerebral palsy, crossed the finish line and was met by cheers from family and friends waving signs bearing her name. Hallie’s brother Coleman, who encouraged her to participate and helped her train, said his sister was determined to build up her endurance so she could join him in the race. “I want to do it again,” Hallie said, as she received hugs and congratulatory wishes at the finish line.
